How To Order a Commission / Commission Process

 

-When ordering a commission, please either shoot me a note or private message on DeviantArt, (where I am most active) or you can email me directly at the email provided at the top of this page!

Give me details of your commission, and once the idea is settled, I'll send you a price and a payment link!

- Once payment is received work will begin on your commission! All commissions are prepay (all money up front) unless we've worked something out!

Within a week or so of payment, I will email/send you a first sketch of the commission for review and feedback, the sketching stage is the time where large changes can be made (poses, ideas, etc.) I will work with you until the sketch is where you want it, and then I will continue on with the lining and colouring of the commission, while delivering frequent updates throughout the process! Live-streaming via my Picarto channel can be discussed and planned if desired.

Rules for posting finished commissions

• You as the commissioner are allowed to post the images where you'd like, so long as credit is given to me as the artist commissioned - or at the very least my watermark remains visible on the image.

• Under NO circumstances are you allowed to remove my watermark from the image (unless cropping for use as a profile icon)

• Most websites have tagging systems (i.e: @user, or :iconuser: ) you can find take a look at my "about me" page to see what websites I have profiles on, and you can link to me directly if posting to the same site! Otherwise I ask that you link directly to my webpage.

• I reserve the right to post the images to my own galleries and website or use as a portfolio piece.

• If you wish to make and sell copies of the artwork you have commissioned from me, I require a %300 fee of the original commission price, this fee gives you the commissioner full rights to do as you please with the image.

Turn-Around Times, Payments and Refund Policy

Turn-around times can vary due to many factors (other commissions, complexity, etc.) but I try to keep it relatively short!

Flat Colour Commissions:  a week to two weeks

Shaded Commissions: two weeks to three weeks

Reference Sheets: three weeks to four weeks

Full Scenes: three weeks to four weeks

Comic Pages: four weeks to six weeks

Payments shall be done first and foremost via Paypal!

I'll send payment instructions along with a link once the initial commission idea has been roughed out and ready for sketching.

Need a refund? Please email me if you need to cancel a commission after work has begun on it. Due to paypal fees and time spent, I can only offer partial refunds!

Full refunds will be delivered if I for some reason can't complete your commission. (illness, injury, or computer / tablet failure.)
